About Us
Ideal Service
The technical supplier for water heating. Operating since 2000 as Ideal Service Comercio de Aquecedores Ltda., CNPJ 03.919.085/0001-02, in Sao Paulo - SP.
We have specialised in water heating since 2000. In that time we watched the market move from electric showers to gas heaters and, more recently, to hybrid systems with solar.
As a wholesaler we sell by the installation, not by the catalogue. Before confirming an order we ask how many fixtures the system serves, which gas is available, where the water tank sits and what pressure is on hand.
We hold our own stock of the fast-moving lines and place scheduled orders for specific models, always with an invoice and the manufacturer warranty registered in the buyer name.
